Welcome to my website!
I'm Alicja, a passionate mentor who helps women discover their inner Goddess power and regain self-confidence. Despite humble beginnings in a small town in eastern Poland, at the age of 18, I embarked on a journey in search of fulfillment, settling abroad. My path to success wasn't easy, I started with the head full of dreams and a strong desire to be and do more. Money was not something I had back then and all I understood about money is that I needed to work hard for it. And so I did.
But hard work did not pay off in the way I was hoping. I was tired, frustrated, exhausted and my own body turned against me resulting in surgeries and long stays in hospital. Something had to change, I had to change, and through that change I achieved great success.
For many years I have been successful in the corporate world and finance, achieving 6 - figure income utilizing my natural talents and through being my most authentic self. It was my own transformation that helped me understand that I don't have to sacrifice certain aspects of my life to achieve success.
As a numerological 11 I have a strong desire do give, help people and make positive impact on their life. My life's purpose is to help and guide others to achieve theirs goals and fulfill their dreams. For several years, I have been helping people in achieving success, changing careers, or finding their own path to happiness, using their hidden talents and the secrets of numerology.

I have always been enchanted by the mesmerizing beauty and profound energy of crystals. Their innate ability to gather and direct energy has always fascinated me, leading me on a journey of discovery and exploration. Alicja seemed to be a very positive person from the very beginning, and above all, well-oriented in life (while I was still on the path of self-discovery back then). By chance, we started talking about careers and my aspirations. I mentioned that while working in gastronomy in London, I had had enough and wanted to switch industries to people management and professional development in a company. Alicja immediately had several ideas on how to approach this. We arranged to meet for coffee to discuss the details and establish the best course of action. We spent several hours in conversation. Alicja guided me to the best course and suggested positions I could apply for with such education. She didn't just focus on education; she emphasized the importance of a well-crafted CV and LinkedIn profile. A professionally written CV highlighted my management experience, which greatly helped me showcase and advertise my skills. The plan was very detailed, with a perspective for the next 2, 5, and 10 years. Alicja didn't just focus on the future but also on how to achieve the goals step by step. I completed the course in February 2021, and in May 2021, I got my first job in HR, which was the beginning of my journey. Since January 2023, I've been working as a Learning & Development Coordinator, doing exactly what I've always wanted. It's all thanks to Alicja, who invested her time and knowledge, sharing it with me.
